Scope of Services

  • Payroll processing, auto-enrolment pension management, and compliance reporting for private healthcare providers.
  • Services exclude HR advice or legal consultancy unless explicitly agreed.

Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate employee data and notify us of changes.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws (e.g., minimum wage, IR35).

Fees & Payment

  • Fees outlined in your proposal; invoices payable within 14 days.
  • Late payments incur 5% monthly interest.

Termination

  • Either party may terminate with 30 days’ written notice.
  • Outstanding fees remain payable post-termination.

Liability

  • We are not liable for delays/costs arising from incorrect client-provided data.
  • Total liability capped at 100% of fees paid in the preceding 12 months.

Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by English law. Disputes resolved in UK courts.
