Scope of Services
- Payroll processing, auto-enrolment pension management, and compliance reporting for private healthcare providers.
- Services exclude HR advice or legal consultancy unless explicitly agreed.
Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate employee data and notify us of changes.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws (e.g., minimum wage, IR35).
Fees & Payment
- Fees outlined in your proposal; invoices payable within 14 days.
- Late payments incur 5% monthly interest.
Termination
- Either party may terminate with 30 days’ written notice.
- Outstanding fees remain payable post-termination.
Liability
- We are not liable for delays/costs arising from incorrect client-provided data.
- Total liability capped at 100% of fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
Governing Law
- These terms are governed by English law. Disputes resolved in UK courts.
